Share Your Sleep Apnea Story

Have you been diagnosed with sleep apnea? We'd love to hear about your journey, what led you to get tested, what treatment has looked like, and how it's changed things for you.

Sharing your story can help others who are going through the same thing, whether they're still putting off getting tested or just starting treatment and wondering if it's worth it.

  • What treatment you're on (CPAP, dental device, other)

  • What's changed since starting treatment

  • Anything you'd tell someone who's just been diagnosed

Symptoms of Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea often goes unnoticed, but there are clear signs to look out for:

  • Loud or persistent snoring

  • Waking up gasping, choking, or short of breath

  • Feeling exhausted despite a full night in bed

  • Morning headaches

  • Poor concentration or brain fog

  • Waking up frequently during the night

    Many people live with these symptoms for years without realising the cause.

Am I at Risk of Sleep Apnea?

You may be at higher risk if you:

  • Have been told you snore loudly

  • Feel excessively tired during the day

  • Have high blood pressure

  • Wake up frequently during the night

  • Have a partner who notices pauses in your breathing
