Sleep Performance Program for Elite Athletes

We offer a sports sleep medicine program run by sleep performance specialists, medical sleep doctors and sleep scientists.

We work with a variety of elite sports and high-performance athletes and know how to deliver sleep support for this unique and high-pressure environment.

Sleep is a vital component of elite sport which affects four core areas;

The high-pressure environment of modern elite sports can disrupt sleep and impact the performance, recovery, and mental health of athletes. Focused and specialist support is needed to address sleep in this unique context and maintain a level of sleep health that allows high performance to continue.

We know the unique pressures faced by elite athletes. We work in partnership with support teams to operationalise and embed an approach to sleep within their current sports science and medical practices.

As well as specialist knowledge of sleep medicine applied to elite sports, our clinic team also includes sleep medicine consultants, insomnia specialists, and sleep scientists. We have the clinical depth to provide all your sleep support in-house including;

  • Delivering screening and assessments to understand sleep health across a squad of athletes

  • Identify common sleep challenges within a season, and design a bespoke support package to overcome these challenges

  • Design a tailored jet lag management program that meets your specific requirements, to minimise sleep disruption and maximise recovery

  • Provide workshops, talks and training for support staff to better understand and meet the sleep needs of their athletes.

  • Diagnose individual sleep disorders through consultations with sleep medicine specialists and run in-house diagnostics

  • Provide 1:1 expert-led treatment for sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea and circadian rhythm disorders.
