The course is based on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia, which is evidence-based and the most effective form of insomnia treatment. If you feel the course has not been effective, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
CBTi takes time to work. To qualify for this money-back guarantee, your initial sleep questionnaire must have demonstrated insomnia. The course steps must have been applied for at least three weeks, the Q&A webinars must have been attended and the sleep diaries completed.
