Sleep Diary

A sleep diary is an excellent way to understand more about your current sleep patterns, and track how things are progressing with your insomnia treatment.

You can download either a Word document or PDF to your computer to fill out each day, or print out and fill in with a pen.

It doesn’t have to be 100% accurate, so don’t feel like you have to check the clock every time you got to bed, or wake up. Fill the diary in as best as you can from memory.

Aim to do this sometime in the morning after you are up and out of bed (not overnight).
