How our prescribing process works

1. Clinical review

You will complete a short assessment and have a consultation with Dr David Garley (GMC No. 7148694), who will review your sleep history, symptoms, and relevant medical information.

2. Prescription decision

If medication is clinically appropriate, Dr Garley may issue a private prescription. Medication is never guaranteed and is only recommended when suitable for your situation.

3. Dispensing

All prescriptions are dispensed by our partner pharmacy, CloudRx Ltd, a GPhC-registered pharmacy (GPhC No. 9011284). Medications are delivered discreetly.

4. Follow-up care

Our clinicians provide behavioural and CBTi-based guidance alongside any prescribed medication. Medication is used only when appropriate and is not a standalone treatment.

Medications we prescribe

Medication may be prescribed when clinically appropriate. We can prescribe the following:

• Melatonin

• Daridorexant

Medication is not suitable for everyone, and is not appropriate for urgent or emergency situations.
